Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically, and help keep those babies happy. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Boost™ is a 60-minute mom-only** workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

**this is a mama only workout. You'll need to keep the kiddos at home for this one.

Offered both indoors and outdoors. Please see schedule for varying location details.

Not recommended for mamas that are pregnant or less than 6 months postpartum.

Run Club+ is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Run Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. Our 8 week guided training program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Whether you want to train for a 5K or 10K race with us, have a personal running goal, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn and connect!more

Join us for a mama group walk + run. Each meet up is lead by our amazing Run Club Coach Lauren. Location varies across the East Bay (eg. Emeryville Bay Trail, Ohlone Greenway Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Lake Merrit Oakland, Richmond Marina). Come solo or load up your stroller with your favorite kiddos in tow. All levels are welcome. Get moving with us, Mama!

Wellness comes in all shapes and sizes, all ages and stages. Moms need resources for their mental and physical health after childbirth, and they need a community. Body Well™ is an 8-week program focused on nutrition, movement, mindfulness, body positivity, and self-love. It's exactly what you need right now, no matter your season of motherhood.

Body Well™ includes small group fitness coaching & community-based workouts with other mamas (virtually or in-person + socially distanced/following state & local COVID-19 guidelines), nutritional guidance, all-new recipes, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. We'll focus on improving your physical and mental well being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
