Run Club+ DIY
Take your run training to the next level with this winter's abbreviated SIX week guided training program for ALL levels. Whether you want to train for a 5K or 10K race with us, have a personal running goal, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home opportunities to train, learn and connect!
Is DIY right for me? DIY is for:
(a) the mom who would like the online accountability group and personalized training and coaching program, but won't be able to join us for our in person group runs and run clinics, and
(b) the mom who has an unlimited membership with fit4mom 510 and would like to add the personalized training and coaching program onto their membership!
Run Club+ is an 8-week training program which includes;
- Personalized Training Plan
- Nutrition guidance with our Registered Dietician
