A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership with FIT4MOM 510 (El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, CA). A copy of the policies can be found on the website. Email 510@fit4mom.com to request a membership cancellation.

If you are a monthly member at another FIT4MOM location outside of El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, CA, you must email a staff member at your local FIT4MOM to cancel your membership.
