At FIT4MOM 510, our dedicated prenatal program (FIT4BABY) isn’t currently on the schedule—but supporting you through pregnancy still matters deeply to us. The good news? Our local community is full of incredible prenatal-friendly fitness options to help you stay strong, supported, and connected.
💪 Prenatal Strength Training
- Level Up Wellness PT (Oakland) -A trusted spot for prenatal and postpartum strength training with a focus on pelvic floor health, injury prevention, and functional movement. Great if you’re looking for a more personalized, guided approach.
- Laura Stronach (Private Training) (Oakland) - Our former and fabulous FIT4MOM instructor offering 1:1 private training. Thoughtful programming tailored specifically for pregnancy.
- Holistic Strength (Oakland) -Small group strength classes, The Women's Hour, The Mom Hour, with coaching and modifications available for prenatal clients.
- Brilliant Births (Berkeley) - Prenatal-friendly classes like Strength & Stretch and prenatal yoga, blending light weights, mobility, and relaxation

- Gaia Yoga (Richmond – Marina Bay) - Their prenatal classes are here to help you build strength and find ease through your pregnancy, with a focus on breath, core, and pelvic floor function as you prepare for the birth of your baby, postpartum, and beyond.
- The Dance Floor (Albany) - A vibrant, inclusive studio offering dance, yoga, and low-impact movement. Their Baby + Me class is a fun, supportive option for prenatal and early postpartum mamas, blending babywearing, light strength, and dance.
- Pink Salt Wellness (Oakland) -Classes focus on breathwork, gentle strength, and relaxation to support pregnancy, prepare for labor, and build connection with your body and baby. Accessible for all trimesters and a great space to connect with other expecting mamas.
- FIT4MOM On Demand (Virtual / Anywhere) - A flexible, at-home option offering a library of prenatal workouts you can do anytime, from strength and cardio to mobility and guided programs. Great for busy schedules or supplementing in-person classes, with content designed specifically for moms at every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
🚶♀️ Low-Impact Movement + Community
Sometimes the most supportive movement is also the simplest 💛 Walking, stretching, and staying connected can go a long way during pregnancy. At FIT4MOM 510, we often have prenatal mamas join our stroller walks and modified classes. While we don’t have a prenatal-only series right now, all of our mom walks and classes are prenatal-friendly, with instructors offering safe, supportive modifications for every stage of pregnancy.
