I grew up in Hermosa Beach in Southern California and moved to Oakland in 2013. My daughter Brooklyn was born in November of 2017. There wasn't a local FIT4MOM when I was on maternity leave but n October 2018, right before my daughter turned one, I discovered the newly opened Bay Area location and attended a class. I quickly went from attending class, to becoming a Stroller Strides instructor. I loved being able to bring my daughter with me and meet an awesome group of moms. I'm still friends with some of those original moms and all the babies are now in kindergarten!

I have been an elementary school teacher for 13 years, and currently teach reading and math intervention at an elementary school in Oakland. I am excited to share my passion for fitness with other mommas and our children. I rarely teach Stroller Strides anymore, but you'll find me doing Run Club on Sunday mornings.
